General

The walker will apply personal judgment and cut short a walk if necessary because of extreme weather conditions (ice, heat, thunder storms) for the safety of both the dogs and the walker. If extreme weather conditions disable if services must be cancelled, we will give youa nrefund for that walk setion will be returned to the customer. We will try to give as much warning as possible so you can as much warning as possible so you can make other arrange. We will give your dog Alight shampoo and towel dry will be provided after muddy walks, we will try our best to remove as much mud/dirt from your pet with a quick towel dry however there is no guarantee that your dog will be returned in their originally clean/dry state. It is the responsibility of the owner to inform We handle your pets if there is any particular room/crate that you would like for us to leave your dog when we drop off.

Taxi services

Collection and drop off , services are between 9am and 5pm 10-mile radius from your home (extra fees will be applied £2 per mile)

Client Responsibilities

Services Provided:

The client acknowledges and agrees to engage the handling services provided by [‘We handle your pets.”] The specific services to be rendered will be detailed in the service agreement / app or as communicated between the client and “We handle your pets.”

Client Responsibilities:

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their handling requirements, including specific instructions, preferences, health condition, behavioral issues, dietary requirements, and medication needs details of the pet(s) requiring handling. The client warrants that all pets receiving services are up to date on required vaccinations and are in good health. The client agrees to provide proof of vaccinations upon request. The client shall inform the pet handler about any specific safety measures or precautions that need to be taken while handling their pet. The client understands that failure to provide accurate information may impact the quality of services and assumes any resulting risks or consequences to the pet, other animals, or the handlers. The client understands that providing precise information is crucial for the pet handler to deliver appropriate care and minimize any risks associated with handling the pet. The client understands that it is their responsibility to communicate any triggers, sensitivities, or specific equipment required for safe handling. Depending on the services provided, the client is responsible for providing any necessary supplies, such as food, treats, toys, bedding, or specialized equipment required for their pets. The client acknowledges that providing familiar items and meeting their pet’s specific needs during the handling process contributes to the pet’s comfort and well-being

Payment And Fees:

The client agrees to make the payment for the pet handling services through our website and can choose any services or packages. The client understands that the payment will be processed immediately upon confirming the service reservation, and the payment amount will be as indicated for the selected service. Any additional fees, such as surcharges for specific requirements or additional services requested by the client, will be clearly communicated and added to the total payment amount. The client acknowledges that all payment transactions made through the booking/reservation are subject to the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and payment processing terms of the respective app or platform provider. In the event of any payment disputes or issues,the client agrees to contact Us directly to seek resolution.

Liability And Indemnity:

1. The client acknowledges that while “We handle your pets” will exercise reasonable care and expertise in handling the pets), handling animals inherently carries risks and uncertainties. 2. The client acknowledges and agrees that “We handle your pets” and its employees or representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the pets or personal property of the client, unless resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct. 3. The client agrees to indemnify and hold*We handle your pets” harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the handling of their pets, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful

Governing Law And Jurisdiction

1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales

Rebooking Options

If the client wishes to reschedule the service , they may contact"We Handle Your Pets"to inquire about the availability of alternative time slots
Rebooking are subject to availability and solely at the distraction of "We Handle Your Pets"

Cancellation Terms and Changes

You can cancel your purchase and your package at anytime without fee charge , If 24hours notice of cancellation of a booking is not given ,We cannot give a refund , For a package plan we need to Have a one week notice
